You've come to the right place. Otoley specialises in designing and manufacturing beautiful custom cabinetry with a designer led experience. 

We take into consideration your style preferences, material finishes to suit your family, best use of your current floor plan, appliances suggestions, feature lighting/furniture and decorator pieces to finish the space.

What you get:

• 1 x personalised in home consultation to explore your ideas, offer suggestions and sketch up a concept design
• 1 x design presentation at our Ashmore Studio. 
• 2 x minor design revisions included (see notes below) 
• 1 x final design presentation at our Ashmore Studio (or remote via email)
• Final finishes selection
• Quotation provided for manufacturing through Otoley (supply and supply/installation)

Final design includes;

• Detailed design plans - floor plan / elevations
• Photo-realistic renders (to visualse the design)
• Finishes schedule (relating to the cabinetry only) - cabinetry material / colour, stone benchtops, splash back tiling / stone. 
• Appliance suggestions (if Otoley are ordering)
• Plumbing fixtures (taps, sinks) 
• Hardware (handles)
• Flooring suggestions
• Feature lighting suggestions (pendants / wall lights) 
• Otoley supply and installation quote (for cabinetry only, no specialist trades)

Notes;

What is a small design change? 

Adding or removing door or drawer hardware or changing the colour of the cabinetry or changing the colour of the stone benchtops. 

What is a major design change?

Adding or removing cabinetry, redesigning the floor plan, relocating electrical or plumbing services, changing appliances, adding other building elements which then affects the design. 

Highly detailed and bespoke design - price on request.
