Interior Decorating Service

This is our boutique decorating service where we take care of all the details - from furniture and product procurement, tracking of orders and delivery, to final installation and professional styling.

Furnishings are often bespoke and from 'to the trade suppliers' - no shopping by the client for this service – choose DIY Interior Decorating Service to shop at your leisure from our curated furnishings schedule. 

Price per room from $5,250, pricing for multiple rooms on request.

What you get:

• Concept Design Meeting onsite (photos/space planning, material samples where possible)
  
• Design Presentation 1 - held at the Otoley Ashmore Studio (or remotely via email). 
  
• 2 x Minor design revisions
• Final Design Presentation 2 - held at the Otoley Ashmore Studio (or remotely via email). The final design includes a floor plan for space planning and a schedule of selections for confirmation and signoff.
• Furniture procurement and tracking of deliveries
  
• 1 x Professional installation and styling service (once all items are delivered) 

Limitations for this service:

• To purchase / shop furnishings (this is a bespoke service where we take care of all the details for you)
• To view all selections before ordering (As we are procuring from 'to the trade suppliers.' Otoley will arrange viewing for sofa's, etc., where possible)

Timeframe: Depending on furnishings availability - allow 3-4 weeks for in-stock items.
